- Coordinate administrative business and support functions of the team in an accurate, compliant and timely manner.
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support by maintaining relevant information systems to ensure timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, budget reconciliations and support for vendor management.
- Monitor, administer and triage information from relevant portals, shared team inbox, Development Assessment Register (DAR), and other systems.
- Assist with operational day to day requirements to ensure compliance with requirements of policy and procedure, legislation and technical and government guidelines.
- Manage and track team’s input to external developments, proposals and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organise work to successfully meet needs of different staff, within strict deadlines.
- Structured and organised approach in administering information and documentation.
- Demonstrated experience in record management, scheduling and co-ordinating training.
- Basic project, contract and financial management experience.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in working effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
