About the Candidate
We are seeking an enthusiastic customer focused individual with an interest and prior experience in the IT sector. Someone who is hard working and holds excellent communication skills; product knowledge is a bonus.
Being a small company in a growth period, we require a keen and interested team member to increase capacity and maintain the high level of service and skill we provide.
The successful candidate must be comfortable resolving issues with clarity and focus whilst under pressure. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are a requirement at all times, as well as the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
The role does have occasional out of hours work, but it is policy that these are minimised wherever possible.
