Hours: 0.4-0.6 FTE available - 8.30am-4.30pm or 9.00-5pm (hours negotiable)

About the Role:
The Support Services Officer is responsible for the provision of high level customer service and administrative/operational support to clients, staff, internal and external stakeholders of Sonder in a confidential, proficient and friendly manner.
Experience Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment;
- Experience in the delivery of effective and proficient client-focussed administrative and front of house support
- Experience in dealing with a high demand of enquiries from members of the public, particularly enquires of a sensitive or confidential nature.
- Experience in the provision of high level, professional and courteous customer service
Qualification and Other Requirements:
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- Certificate level in Business Administration or similar, desirable but not essential
