AddressNational IT Solutions are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Level 1 IT Support Technician to join our dedicated team of experts on a full-time basis, providing first-line technical support to our clients from our St Kilda Road office location!
Duties & responsibilities:
- Work as a key member of our Service Desk team
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues
- Ensure our customers receive the highest level of service
- Utilise problem-solving techniques to understand and address each client’s issues
- Provide remote technical support to users via phone and email
- Document all interactions and solutions accurately
- Collaborate with higher-level support teams for issue escalation
- Stay updated on new technologies through training
Experience & attributes:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience supporting technologies including Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Windows 10\11, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare, and Cloud technologies
- Prior experience in comparable Service Desk position
- Experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) is advantageous
- Proficiency with ConnectWise Manage and Microsoft Certification is desirable
- Ability to work independently as well as actively contribute to a team
- Effective relationship building and maintenance skills with clients & colleagues
- Good time management, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Current driver’s license and own car
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Willingness to complete a Working with Children and Police Check
