About the opportunity
Assist our clients with their daily routines and skills, such as - Community access, medication, personal care, domestic duties etc. Manage accurate and detailed shift reports, incident reports and progress notes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
We require an experienced male Support Worker who has an understanding of ASD and complex mental health needs.
Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check/ Blue Card
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Current National Police check
- Current QLD Drivers Licence & access to a reliable vehicle
