AddressWe are currently recruiting for 4 new Support Worker’s (both qualified and unqualified) to join our team based in the North Lakes, Murrumba Downs and surrounding communities within the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane to provide domestic assistance (such as cleaning and meal prep), intimate personal care, social support, and implement health and wellbeing initiatives that support older Australians.

About the role:
As a Support Worker you will be providing support and care for individuals aged 65 and above right throughout North Lakes, Murrumba Downs and surrounding communities.
- Permanent part time positions available (hours offered will be dependent on your availability)
- Flexibility to work your shifts between 7am – 7pm Monday – Friday (with some weekend shifts).
- Enjoy a diverse range of visits to clients' homes, covering all areas throughout the North Brisbane & Caboolture region (up to 1 hour travel may be required at times)
- Base hourly rate of $29.50 to $29.85 (depending on qualifications) plus superannuation, and eligibility for not-for-profit salary packaging.
- Experience the freedom of a mobile work environment, with a travel allowance of 96 cents per kilometre for driving between services.

Who are you?
Your main focus will be delivering high-quality, person-centered care. To excel in this role, you will need the following:
- We are welcoming applicants with or without Certificate III in Individual Support or its equivalent
- A valid Australian driver's licence.
- Ability to provide rights to work in Australia
- A registered, reliable, and fully insured motor vehicle.
- Confidence in utilising various forms of technology, such as smartphones or tablets.
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or a willingness to obtain one.
- A current National Police Check or a willingness to obtain one.
- Flexibility in terms of availability, including the ability to work within the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and some weekend shifts
