Form of work About the role: Are you someone that is caring & compassionate, who wants to make a difference in the lives of people with a disability? Reporting to the Coordinator, you will be required to support our valued customers to achieve their everyday goals. Our Every Day Life Skills & Skills 4 Life programs have a strong focus on helping our customers to learn the skills needed to achieve their individual goals through the programs that we offer. This role would suit those with a genuine desire to promote the independence and inclusion in society of people with disability or developmental delay as well as a desire to support individuals to have a voice, choice, and exercise control over their own lives to achieve their individual goals. There are a variety of shifts available including 9am to 3.30pm & 3.30pm to 6.30pm as well as hours for activities that may run outside these time frames. These…
