Purpose
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, motivated and respectful individuals to assist our clients with activities of daily living, social support and respite in their home and community.
Roles exist for:
Qualified Disability Support Workers & Mental Health Workers who have experience working with people in a residential & community setting.
Whilst our clients have a diverse range of support needs your experience dealing with:- MS, MSA, Physical disabilities, MH, addictions, ADHD and autism will be highly regarded.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Supporting clients in the pursuit of their goals & interests
- Residential support including personal & domestic assistance, meal prep, companionship.
- Social and recreational support
- Support to attend appointments
- Medication assistance
- Transport
Key Selection Criteria – Qualifications and requirements
- Qualification in Disability, Mental Health, Allied Health or working towards completion (a certificate and transcript must be provided)
- Experience supporting clients with diverse diagnosis, highly regarded MS, MSA, Physical disabilities, MH, addictions, ADHD and autism.
- A valid criminal records check (issued within the last 12 months)
- Current First Aid Certificate incl. CPR
- A current driver’s licence with access to a reliable & insured motor vehicle.
- Covid-19 vaccination status

- Availability to work across a 7 day roster including day, evening and sleepover shifts

Port Macquarie, Lake Cathie, Camden Haven, Wauchope and Byabarra
