This is a Day shifts + one Overnight sleep roster of 37 hours per fortnight. Please review the roster included before applying.

Key duties include:
- Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within high-needs customer residence;
- Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals;
- Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and
- Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports.
What you’ll need?
- Extensive experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans;
- Extensive experience working with challenging behaviours- essential;
- Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration;
- Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties;
- Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is essential;
- Valid WA drivers licence and a willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with Activ’s motor vehicle allowance rebate).
