Job description:

Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes:

• Support Worker Positions available for the provision of Personal Support Services
• Permanent Part-Time contracts available with hourly rate of $31.38p/h + 11% super
• Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients
• Lower Mid North Coast NSW location and surrounding suburbs including Port Macquarie, Taree, Forster, Tuncurry, Kempsey, Wauchope, Camden Haven, Thrumster, Wingham, Lake Cathie, Kew, Laurieton, Nabiac, Bulahdelah, Bago, Lake Innes, Moorland, Dahlsford & Emerald Downs

Key Requirements:

• Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
• Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19
• Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 7pm between Monday to Sunday
• Must have a minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support

Your New Role:

• Personal Care: Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting
• Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing
• Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
• Client Awareness: such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support
