About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for passionate Support Workers with relevant experience in supporting people living with disability to join our dynamic and passionate team to achieve participants’ goals.
You will support NDIS participants to bring their NDIS goals to life through direct support and your commitment.
The organisation operate across the full week – 24/7 – depending on each participants’ choice of support times and their needs.
Staff training and educational opportunities are provided to enhance your skills and ensure compliance with all NDIS requirements.

Skills and experience:
- Able to build rapport and demonstrate empathy.
- Support and collaborate with participants to bring their NDIS plan alive in new and exciting ways.
- Have strong community links, networks and interaction.
- Experience working in people’s homes and the community.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive approach to the rights of people with disabilities and an understanding of the NDIS.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Certificate III Individual Support.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting NDIS participants with complex needs.
- Must hold or be willing to undertake relevant clearances (DHS |Police | NDIS | Working With Children Check))
- Driving License.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Medication administration certificate / or willingness to acquire it.
- Attend scheduled training
- Maintain registrations and qualifications.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- MAPA (Management of Actual or Potential Aggression) training is an advantage
