Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker's who enjoy a good laugh and a bit of friendly banter. He loves the outdoors especially all his pet animals, as well as fishing and camping. We require Support Worker's that are comfortable around animals and have a valid driver's license to drive our Client's van when requested.
The role will include some personal care, assistance with housework, meal prep and community access. Experience with catheter care and bowel Therapy would be preferred.
Shifts are available as the following, weekdays 6:00am- 9:00am, 8:00pm - 10:00pm and weekends are 7:00am - 9:00am and 8:00pm. There may be some opportunity for shifts outside of these times.

Your key responsibilities & accountabilities:
- To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered
- Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
- Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Client’s needs
- Provide support to our Clients as required
- Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
- Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required
- Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients
- To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals
To be successful you must:
- Resonate with the role description above
- Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives
- Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
- Hold or be willing to obtain NDIS worker screening or yellow card
- Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card
