We are seeking Disability Support Workers to assist with the provision of high-quality exceptional care for our client for seven days per week.

Main responsibilities and duties include:
- Personal care
- Two assist hoisting
- Meal management
Requirements:
- A genuine passion to work alongside our participant.
- Professional or lived experience of the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors.
- Experience with hoisting.
- Excellent communication skills, commitment to a person-centred focus and flexibility to support needs based on individual circumstances.
- Caring and compassionate.
- Be available for 7 am starts.
