The role of a Support Worker (also known as a Disability Support Worker or Carer) is a special one. Our team of Support Workers provide day-to-day assistance to adults and children living with disability – supporting them to live independently and helping them work toward their goals and discover new passions.

About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable, home care employees to assist our client, who loves music, in the suburbs of Pearsall. Whether you’re new to disability support or looking to elevate your skills in specialised care, you’re better off At Home.
The right candidate will have flexible availability for various shifts available from Monday to Sunday and preferably will have experience with caring with people with Cerebral Palsy. Permanent employment will be considered after three months.
Skills and Experience
- Seizure management
- Social support and companionship
- Domestic duties and meal prep
- Previous experience in high care disability, particularly clients with acquired brain injuries (preferred but not essential)
Mandatory Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening check
- First Aid and CPR certificates
- WA drivers licence and road worthy car
- Right to work in Australia
Available Shifts:
- Friday: 1430 - 1930
- Saturday: 1200 - 1900
More shifts are available with different clients for the right candidate(s).
