We are looking for people who are flexible, honest, reliable and open. If you have experience working either in a Supported Independent Living environment or in the community, then we want to hear from you.
Various shifts are available, morning, day, evening, sleep overs, awake shifts and weekends.
Duties
Supporting NDIS Participants to live in their own home, providing support with meal preparation, daily living tasks, medication administration, personal care, and encouragement to maintain as much independence as possible.

You must have:
- A warm and friendly nature
- A positive attitude
- The willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to build rapport and engage with participants
- completion (or willingness to complete) of NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission support worker module, and COVID safe training
- Cert 3, or above, in Disabilities, Mental Health or a related area, or currently studying such
- NDIS Blue and yellow screening card or ability to obtain these
- Current Police check
- Current Queensland driver's license and a registered car with comprehensive car insurance
- Current first aid and CPR
- Smart Mobile phone and know how to use it
- Covid 19 Vaccinations
- NDIS mandatory modules
