We have a newly created position for a Project SustainabilityCoordinator to join our growing infrastructure team on one of ourmetro projects involving the design and construction of roads,structures, noise walls, street lighting and ITS and shared paths.This role will suite an individual that is new to or looking tostart their professional career in the field of sustainability.
To be considered for this position, you must possess thefollowing as a minimum:
- Previous exposure to Civil infrastructure works will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), InEight (Teambinder) preferred
- Accurate data entry skills
- Advanced Word and Excel skills
- Experience in the use of SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent administrative skills to collate data and produce reports
- High attention to detail
- Effective time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
You will be responsible for but not limitedto:
- Responsible on delivering elements of the Project Sustainability Management Plan
- Day to day sustainability tasks
- Assist in preparing documentation, reports and data in support of the Project’s Infrastructure Sustainability rating
- Administration of sustainability elements and commitments
- Providing reports and progress feedback to management on Project sustainability requirements and targets
- Continuously collate with input from site personnel records, data and proof of achievement against sustainability requirements
- Provide advice on sustainability progress and recommendations for improvement
