We are now recruiting for the position of Sustainability Senior Manager.

All workstreams are working in parallel to implement actions and scale up of engagement and resources across the House.
YOUR PURPOSE.
As a subject matter expert on wide range of sustainability topics, the Sustainability Senior Manager will be responsible for leading Chanel Market Name sustainable mission, by driving the development and management of market sustainability action plan.
The Sustainability Senior Manager will be responsible for solutioning, testing, and integrating sustainability practices into market operations, driving the change of the culture and ways of working, through hands-on involvement with market stakeholders, in collaboration with regional experts.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Working closely with market leadership team, lead the development of market sustainability action plan, with close alignment to global & regional roadmaps, policies & postures.
Integrate sustainability into local market operations including supporting rollout of the regional energy management system project across all facilities, identify & prioritize decarbonisation opportunities across identified GHG hotspots within the market’s operation & value chain.
Ensure timely communication of market actions, KPI performance & progress through utilization of global & regional performance monitoring & reporting dashboards.
Co-develop regional priorities & roadmap with regional teams by providing market perspective and insights.
Lead market adoption of future global and regional sustainability performance management tools. Co-develop with regional team to incorporate market perspective in the tool & its implementation.
Develop strategic collaboration & partnerships with identified partners, industry associations, experts & academia, and oversee effective community engagement with stakeholder groups.
Partner closely with various teams (markets, functions, divisions, other Subject Matter Experts) to understand, educate and translate Sustainability goals into ways of working, policies, processes, and practices; and support these teams in activation.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You will be a dynamic, transformative, and credible business leader with proven working experience on a wide spectrum of Sustainability topics, from retail, real estate, supply chain, or consulting industry.
Demonstrated track record in change management, with strong understanding on strategies to influence behavior & organization change.
Proven experience working in complex, matrixed organizations with interactions with global and regional stakeholders, facilitating conversations on topics involving different subject matter experts; progress discussions, derive insights and translate these to action steps.
Interpersonal skills to motivate and work cooperatively with others along with highly developed communication skills, collaborative spirit and learning agility.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; other analytics/visualization tools would be a bonus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with comfort working with numbers/quantitative models.
