The Company
We're working with a leading provider of innovative geospatial solutions, specialising in high-res aerial imagery, 3D datasets and advanced mapping tech! They work with a variety of industries ranging from construction and government to insurance and utilities.
The Responsibilities
We're seeking a proactive individual to provide technical support, ensuring smooth IT operations for our internal staff. As a part of their IT department, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining their systems and infrastructure.
You'll respond promptly to IT support requests via ticketing system, email or phone and be ready to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues. You'll be confident in physically setting up IT equipment for onboarding employees and be able to collaborate with the wider IT team on process improvement.
Due to the nature of the business, you'll adopt best security practices in line with NIST Cyber security framework and aid the senior members of the team where needed.
Essentials
Alongside being able to demonstrate over 3 years of system support servicing L1 and L2 enquiries, you'll be able to demonstrate the following:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field/ relevant Start Up experience.
- Expert ability in ticket management in a fast paced environment with Jira
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS and Microsoft Office 365
- Be able to be onsite in Sydney 3-4 days per week
