We are seeking a passionate System Change Officer on a non-ongoing basis for 6-12 months, with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate. Your new role As the System Change Officer, you will be instrumental in facilitating system releases and providing crucial support to the business users. You will work closely with users to understand the impact of System Changes, develop and deliver support materials to effectively communicate these changes to various audiences, and create user training resources such as change summaries, VoDs, and training manuals. Your role will involve advocating for user needs, ensuring they are prepared for changes, and using clear, user-focused language to communicate complex information. What you'll need to succeed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with users and stakeholders.
Experience in developing comprehensive support and training materials.
An ability to advocate for users and prioritise their needs in the context of System Changes.
Proven experience in preparing users for changes in IT systems.
A user-centric approach to communication and training.
