They have established working relationships with major players in the insurance, health and government sectors in a short space of time. They are though a global business with the key tech hubs being the UK, USA & Australia.
They have a follow the sun support model. And this position is the Australian link in the support chain.
The role
Largely focused on the support of their cloud platform, which is based on Equinix. Windows, Linux, Cisco and VMWare are all parts of the platform.
So as a infrastructure engineer, you'll largely be resolving issues with Windows, Linux, Cisco and VMWare. Occasionally you'll also be doing some build work.
So what are we looking for?
Windows, Linux, virtualization and networking are the key tech pieces. You don't need to be a guru of all of them, but the stronger & broader you are the better. Maybe you're in a high level support role now, maybe a build role. Either way, we're keen to see your CV
Any public cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) would be a bonus, as would any certs.
You also need to be an excellent communicator, with a friendly, likable nature and a good sense of team. That's their culture
