Systems Accountant

Job Description:The CompanyAre you a qualified, or nearly qualified Systems Accountant with ERP experience?Our client is a growth-focused company offering a flexible, dynamic work environment. Recent expansion has created an opportunity for an exceptional Systems Accountant to enrich the internal team by embarking on a systems upgrade. You will be part of the team playing a critical role in this large business transformation as they roll out their new ERP system.Key responsibilities include:

• Data cleansing
• Data migration preparation
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly financial and management reports
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximise the functionality and efficiently of the system
• Develop new and enhance existing system controls to mitigate key risks to Finance and improve accuracy and timeliness of data.
• Act as the primary liaison for the ERP implementation, ensuring smooth integration and system optimisation
• Manage and update master data and user profiles within the finance systems
• Identify, scope and implement developments and enhancements required for financial systems to improve effectiveness of the system.

About youYou will have considerable depth of experience in a Systems, Data Analyst role or equivalent ideally within the NFP/Healthcare, with a profound ability to problem solve and the ability to build strong relationships and manage internal stakeholders.

• CPA/ CA or similarly qualified, or working towards
• Several years experience in accounting or finance, with strong systems track record (Implementations or Systems Accounting)
• Proven experience in accounting or financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
• Experience with cloud-based accounting software.
• Business requirements analysis and gathering
• The ability to act as a business partner to aid Leadership Team and on ground operational workers in decision making.
