• Develop strategies to minimize claims costs and leakage.
• Collaborate on complex claims and CAT events with internal teams and service providers.
• Stay updated on insurance guidelines, policy changes, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain client relationships; manage stakeholder communications.
• Apply Claims Manual and Fair Insurance Code; assist with referrals and fraud detection.
• Mentor junior staff as needed.

• Legal qualifications or robust legal acumen within the insurance sector is a plus.
