Job
  • Install, support & maintain ICT Infrastructure
  • Ensure that all Incidents, Service Requests & enquiries are logged in the Service Desk ticketing system.
  • Work to SLAs & ensure customer expectations are managed.
  • Perform second level Support analysis, troubleshooting & attempt to fix-on-first, before escalation.
  • Routine maintenance of all PCs, laptops, printers etc
  • Research & prepare reports on ad-hoc topics as instructed.

Essential Skills
  • 3 years’ experience in L2 & Systems Administration
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting & administering Microsoft infrastructure;
    • Windows AD, Windows Server, ADFS, Distributed File Services, SQL Servers, Remote Desktop Servers, System Centre services, Office 365, System Centre, MS Intune
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Experience in ITIL Service, Change and Incident Management processes.
  • Experience with PC hardware set-up and configuration
  • Office 365
  • Azure AD
  • Intune (would also consider SCCM)
  • Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure)
  • On-prem hardware (Servers, switching, routing)
  • Good General Networking (Cisco/Meraki network infrastructure (Layer 2 Switching) & Paolo Alto would stand out.
Advantageous Skills
  • Citrix and virtual technologies - an advantage
  • VoIP and mobile telephony - an advantage
  • Zoom, Adobe suite, IP/Cloud telephony (New Voice Media) - an advantage
  • Experience supporting Apple hardware, MacOS set-up & configuration, JAMF – an advantage
  • ITIL foundation qualifications preferred. Not essential.
