Mission

• Maintain our current hardware and infrastructure, encompassing servers, laptops, phones, Wi-Fi, printers, security cameras, and more.
• Implement top-tier industry standards for Backups, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Security.
• Ensure a secured transition of our existing on-premises infrastructure to a hybrid/cloud-based environment.
• Provide ongoing support for the day-to-day operations of the business.
• Occasionally travel to branch offices, interstate locations, and on-site venues may be necessary.
• Proficiency with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Office365, and Azure/Entra is highly valued.
• Familiarity with VMWare and Citrix is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of MacOS and Apple devices is beneficial but not mandatory.

Other responsibilities

• Advocate and adhere to the Company's Policies and guidelines, in alignment with Occupational Health and Safety legislation, while consistently applying best-practice safe working principles.
• Ensure team members follow the Company's Policies and Procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with the broader IT team.
• Fulfil occasional after-hours duties integral to the role, such as server upgrades and support for major events.
• Fulfil any additional duties reasonably assigned by the Company.

What's on offer?

• The flexibility to work and travel as necessary, and to work outside normal business hours is integral to this role.
• Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
• Able to work autonomously.
