We are currently looking for a System Administrator with experience in GRC Systems e.g. Protecht, Archer, etc.

Candidate Profile:
- 3-5+ years IT System Administrator experience
- A strong communicator and team player
- Ideally, a background working in a financial services organisation in banking, insurance or superannuation
- Prior experience working with a GRC System i.e. Protecht, Archer, ServiceNow, would be ideal
This role will be part of the Group Technology Risk Team and will be responsible for providing support to deliver the GRC system to the business including:
- Managing user access, roles, and permissions within the GRC system
- Implementing customisations/modifications of GRC configurations, including reporting, application development, and data integrations
- Implementing the risk systems strategy, including ongoing enhancements to the GRC system and process improvement opportunities
- Developing and executing risk reporting requirements, providing specific insights from the GRC system and reporting on the systems strategy.
- Providing training and support to system users, and acting as the primary point of contact for GRC system-related inquiries.
