Our client in the non-for-profit sector is looking for a customer experience focused Systems Analyst to join their dynamic project team. As the Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in aligning technology solutions with customer objectives. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will analyse, design, and implement improvements to the CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality and a proven track record of enhancing customer journeys through system optimisation.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and customer experience goals.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather business requirements related to CRM and customer experience.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise technical specifications.
- Propose and implement enhancements to CRM systems to improve customer interactions.
- Customise and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflows to align with customer-centric processes.
- Work closely with technical teams to integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems with other business applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Develop training programs for end-users on Microsoft Dynamics CRM system functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics CRM-related inquiries.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer data within Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
- Implement data quality controls and procedures to enhance the overall customer data experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- In-depth knowledge of popular Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
