About the opportunity:
Seeking to engage two System Analysts for a long-term contract opportunity within a Federal government agency.
Duties/requirements:
• Elicit and validate requirements from both technical and non-technical stakeholders and deliver quality outcomes.
• Create, document and validate business processes.
• Prepare and review solution specifications for system changes to facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate and actively participate in agile events such as backlog refinement, stand-ups, retrospective and sprint planning sessions.
• Investigate and analyse incidents to identify the root cause and ensure the efficient and timely implementation of a solution.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of improvements, and best practice in processes and procedures.
• Drawing sources on knowledge together to inform and expatiate incident and problem resolution.
• Coordinate, liaise with and manage internal & external Sellers, contractors and service providers for incident resolution and problem resolution.
• Arrange, run, document and follow-up major problem reviews (PIRs).
• Ensure there is an integrated approach to the design and implementation of incident management, problem management, event management, access management and request fulfilment.
• Prepare and produce management reporting.
• On an ongoing basis, maintain and upkeep incident management systems.
