As part of the dynamic IT team, you’ll be a key member of the infrastructure support team with a proactive mindset to take ownership of service delivery to end-users.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being the escalation point for level three incidents, addressing user-related issues, and providing solutions.
• Configuration and maintenance of cloud and on-prem infrastructure, applications, networks, and security.
• Monitoring physical and virtual infrastructures for potential issues.
• Configuring, testing, and maintaining and support of networking equipment including routers, switches and firewalls.
• Making recommendations for system improvements and process efficiency.
• Managing and supporting print services and VOIP telephony.

Essential qualifications and skills needed for the role:

• Tertiary qualifications in an IT/Technical discipline.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• 4+ years of experience supporting and administering Windows server Systems and Networks including routers, firewalls and switches.
• Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure components and processes.
• Strong technical and diagnostic skills, adept at solving complex technical issues.
