Ensure IT systems meet the required security standards and upgrade/maintain as and when required. Monitor, Administrate, augment or update network infrastructure to maintain operations and support new projects and businesses. Audit the company’s IT systems and software and maintain an asset register. Document IT policies, procedures and existing or planned infrastructure. Document IT systems hardware layout and software deployment. Analyse, test and perform upgrades for new software patches when required. Required Skills At least three years previous experience in a similar role. Experience deploying and maintaining virtualised Windows and Linux servers on premises and in the cloud. Experience deploying and maintaining applications and other services on Linux and Windows Servers, for example LDAP, DNS, SFTP, Mail. Experience deploying, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining networks and associated equipment. The experience and skills to setup secure and robust VPN, VLANs and firewalls. Experience rolling out cloud services such as Office 365. Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships, with all stakeholders, in a fast-paced environment. Highly Regarded Skills and Attainments Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration certification CCNA or equivalent network engineering certification Azure, AWS or Google Cloud certification Cybersecurity training and certification Security Clearance This role requires…
