As part of the dynamic IT team, you’ll be a key member of the infrastructure support team with a proactive mindset to take ownership of service delivery to end-users.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the escalation point for level three incidents, addressing user-related issues, and providing solutions.
- Configuration and maintenance of cloud and on-prem infrastructure, applications, networks, and security.
- Monitoring physical and virtual infrastructures for potential issues.
- Configuring, testing, and maintaining and support of networking equipment including routers, switches and firewalls.
- Making recommendations for system improvements and process efficiency.
- Managing and supporting print services and VOIP telephony.
- Tertiary qualifications in an IT/Technical discipline.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- 4+ years of experience supporting and administering Windows server Systems and Networks including routers, firewalls and switches.
- Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure components and processes.
- Strong technical and diagnostic skills, adept at solving complex technical issues.
