The department is seeking to engage experienced Systems Engineer to deliver the Integrated Training Area Management Safety System (iTAMSS) project.
Functions performed by the System Engineer include the following:
- Lead the development of technical documentation for an approach to market
- Lead the technical evaluation of a system integrator/developer
- Lead the maturation of the iTAMSS data model Lead and/or support ongoing Risk Reduction Activities including the Training Area ICT survey and Use Case development
- Lead user design working groups and acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support the maturation of the Operational Concept Document Support the review and validation of Digital Group project activities, including:
- Validation of system integration outcomes
- Validation of data requirements Support the development of architecture design documentation (i.e. SAD, SOD, SP)
- Experience. Suitable Systems Engineering Expertise and proven record in delivering Government Projects.
- Knowledge of Defence Training Areas and Exercise planning would be beneficial.
