Role Overview:
As a Systems Engineer at REDD, you play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, and the Systems Engineer has a crucial role in achieving this goal. They are responsible for managing support requests from our clients, as well as mentoring and guiding our Level 1 Support Engineers. Their top priority is to resolve the issue promptly while keeping the Client informed at every stage of the process.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve client support requests promptly, both onsite and remotely.
- Mentor and guide Level 1 Support Engineers.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Conduct onsite visits for IT service requests, installations, and setups.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to build trust.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Experience:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a technical environment.
- Previous experience in an MSP environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Cloud technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
