Our opportunity
As a Systems Support Analyst, you will be accountable for the overall health of the construction digital systems.
Mirvac are at the early stages of deploying a Construction ERP; RIB. The system is highly configurable and requires systems experts to configure and maintain the application. The technical configuration of the tool is managed through the Digital team, but the ongoing maintenance of the system for end users will be managed by this role.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Become the business expert in the system across all modules (Tender, Quality, Documentation, Cost management etc).
- Configure workflows as and when required by the construction business.
- Configure forms (as agreed by Digital) as and when required.
- Simple BI report creation (training will be given).
- Configure dashboards.
- Expert problem resolution (last point before being escalated to digital support).
- Work to improve current reporting processes and outputs.
- Some inter-state travel may be required
To be successful in this role, you will preferably have a minimum of 3 years' experience on a modern construction site OR a minimum of 3 years' experience in a technology role in a medium to large organisation as a systems analyst or technical support role
You will possess a keen interest in digital technologies and modern systems with good communication skills, with the ability to communicate and interact positively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including Board members and senior executives.
Finally, you will have an agile work ethic in order to be able to prioritise changing work demands and deadlines.
