The Opportunity
Reporting to the Systems Support Team Leader, this role sits within a close-knot team who are passionate and focussed on delivering technical capabilities to our people and clients.
This role will see you assisting internal clients with first and second-level desktop issues, handle support calls, manage support calls and tickets, and ensure customer satisfaction via the ServiceNow queue. Contribute to technical excellence!
What we look for in a successful candidate
Computer Science or equivalent qualifications required. Understanding of desktop and system issues, ServiceNow skills, and experience in enterprise-level IT preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, hardware, software, and networking desired. Remote site support experience, strong customer service, and problem-solving skills valued. Ability to work independently under pressure essential.
