The opportunity
This is an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Team! This Full-Time position will report to the Head of People & Culture and be supported by the People & Culture Team. You will provide end to end recruitment support from attraction to onboarding of quality candidates across all areas of Retail Food Group (RFG). You will be responsible for the execution of a variety of attraction and sourcing strategies to support the business’s needs as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships across the business to provide excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Play an integral part in implementing a Talent Acquisition system and recruitment strategy.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience through end-to-end recruitment including job brief, posting job adverts, screening, shortlisting, interview assistance and reference checking.
- Proactively creating and using various marketing strategies to attract talent.
- Providing a high level of communication to candidates and talent pools.
- Collaborating with stakeholders for future growth recruitment activities.
- Developing a pool of candidates across multiple disciplines.
- Engage, manage, and build strong client relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their business plans and objectives.
- Advise, coach and support hiring managers through the recruitment process.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment is essential.
- A collaborative, customer focused, outcome-oriented approach.
- Experience in creating and executing strategies in relation to attraction, acquisition, and retention methods.
- The drive to seek new and creative solutions.
- Attention to detail with an ability to work under pressure in an environment with conflicting deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience managing end to end recruitment processes in a high volume, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels, and exercise judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
