About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will join a dedicated team of Advisors to support the recruitment activities including contract generation across our Recreation and Aquatics sites. This will include our Seasonal Pool Campaign where we recruit in excess of 400 lifeguards over two/three months. Key responsibilities include:
- Job Advert Posting & Talent Identification; through job boards and our growing LiveHire Community
- Qualifying Candidates; phone screening for certain roles and ensuring the candidates have the appropriate qualifications in order to create the correct contracts
- Hiring Manager Follow Up's: ensuring managers are compliant and moving through the process correctly. System training where required.
- Offer Management; guiding candidates seamlessly through the process, managing counter offers when arising.
- Contract Creation; creating contracts and ensuring all details match requirements
- Stakeholder Management; guiding Hiring Managers through the process and supporting the candidate experience
- Market Intelligence; consistently proving market insights and sector information that can add to improving the model and enhance sourcing strategies.
This is a maximum term contract position with a 30th March 2025 end date, We have a hybrid working model, between working from home and our State Office in Box Hill one to two days a week. The remuneration for this role is $76,935 plus super.
About You
To be successful you will have experience within a Recruitment environment, preferably in house and exposure to high-volume. Highly organised, passionate and proactive, you will be accustomed to meeting tight deadlines and be an advocate of high-level candidate care. Other key requirements include:
- Proven ability to quickly identify talent with follow up activities
- Have a clear understanding of 'activities v's time', with the ability to shift focus promptly when conflicting priorities arise
- Ability to communicate effectively whilst working autonomously at times while drawing support from managers and peers as necessary to achieve successful outcomes
- Possess the capabilities of a master juggler with the organisational skills to plan, track and maintain attention
- Experience in using an ATS and other sourcing platforms
- Experience in regional recruitment and multi site is advantageous
