About the role
An exciting opportunity now exists to join the People and Experience team at Eastern Health in the role of Talent Acquisition Advisor within our highly motivated Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition advisor will work closely with Eastern Health leaders, People & Culture Advisory team and Business Partners to drive recruitment initiatives and provide an innovative all round recruitment service. The role will assist and educate our recruiting managers during their recruitment process and ensure new employees of Eastern Health are provided with an efficient onboarding experience and candidate journey.
We are looking for someone keen to grow and learn in of the largest public health services in Victoria. The successful applicant will be joining a supportive and energetic team that is challenging the status quo and looking to always improve our processes and brand here at Eastern Health.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/HR or equivalent
- At least 12 months’ experience in recruitment/HR functions
- A strong commitment to high quality care and improvement
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Experience in public health is highly desirable
