- 6-month fixed-term non-ongoing contract
- Evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates that meet the specific requirements of various roles within the organisation
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, availability and interest level, providing a shortlist of promising candidates to recruiters for further evaluation
- Assist in identifying and engaging passive candidates for key positions, utilising various sourcing techniques and platforms to build a robust talent pipeline
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews, ensuring all parties are informed of the timing and format of the interviews
- Facilitate background checks and other pre-employment screening processes to verify candidate qualifications and suitability for employment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and candidate records in CEVA HR systems, ensuring compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.
- Experience with screening resumes, conducting telephone interviews and coordinating pre-employment checks
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, WorkDay) and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with professional networking platforms and job boards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling candidate information and following up on various stages of the recruitment process.
