What you'll be doing

Ten month fixed-term opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a professional services business in Melbourne's CBD.

The role will see the TA Advisor manage recruitment across the business as well as get involved in HR initiatives.

This opportunity offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

• Previous experience in a recruitment role is essential.
• Previous experience in an HR role, experience working within an HR team, or holding an HR qualification is desirable.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards and recruitment platforms.
• Previous experience recruiting Graduates would be advantageous.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Adaptability - flexible to adapt to changes in the market and adjust recruitment strategies based on feedback or a shift in requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
