What you'll be doing
Ten month fixed-term opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a professional services business in Melbourne's CBD.
The role will see the TA Advisor manage recruitment across the business as well as get involved in HR initiatives.
This opportunity offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a recruitment role is essential.
- Previous experience in an HR role, experience working within an HR team, or holding an HR qualification is desirable.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards and recruitment platforms.
- Previous experience recruiting Graduates would be advantageous.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Adaptability - flexible to adapt to changes in the market and adjust recruitment strategies based on feedback or a shift in requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
