This isn't your ordinary Talent Acquisition role; it is a chance to immerse yourself in all facets of our P&C function and our thriving international business. At King Living, we're gearing up for significant growth in new global markets, planning to expand our team with 100+ employees worldwide over the next 12 months.
This role is based onsite in our Global Support Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
- Lead and own our talent strategy, ensuring seamless and contemporary processes.
- Contribute to creating our Employee Value Proposition in partnership with the Marketing team.
- Partner with People Operations for people and succession planning
- Drive commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent approaches and practices.
- Support social media and digital talent strategies with Internal Communications.
- Be the subject matter expert in embracing AI in the talent space.
- Manage job boards and external suppliers
- Challenge the status quo to attract top talent and support international markets in their talent needs.
You will succeed if you are a self-starter, agile and ambitious!
- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, recruiting varied roles at all levels and areas of the business
- Demonstrated experience coordinating recruitment services across diverse organisations.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Job Adder, LinkedIn, Employment Hero, xRef and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of relevant legislation guiding the recruitment process with the P&C team.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Proven track record in sourcing, assessing and securing top talent.
- Talent mapping and pipeline building experience.
- Growth mindset with a track record of creating innovative programs.
- Demonstrated coaching and influencing skills with leaders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and identify systemic approaches to problem-solving.
- A great sense of humour.
