Form of workSystem implementation project lasting approx 7 months - based in the CBD 2-3 days per week WFH the rest.
Rate $750per day (ish) - flexible for an amazing candidate who ticks every box
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed changes on processes, systems, and people.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities associated with change initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive change management plans that outline strategies for communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Create and deliver communication materials, such as presentations, emails, and training materials, to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Facilitate change management activities, including workshops, meetings, and training sessions, to build awareness and support for change initiatives.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide coaching and support to project teams and stakeholders to help them navigate change and overcome resistance.
- Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and change management practitioners to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a related area, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations, identify patterns, and develop creative solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
