The Position
Your primary function and responsibility of this position is to support the business with end-to-end Talent Acquisition and general employee onboarding. Under the guidance of the HR Manager, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle by delivering an exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers. Working within the HR team, you will also provide support across HR projects and initiatives where required.

Your Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include [not limited to] the following:
- Partner with hiring managers in delivering end to end recruitment assignments in accordance with the defined procedures and the Recruitment Responsibilities Matrix.
- Assist in screening suitable applicants.
- Provide excellent service to all applicants by responding to queries etc.
- Communicate with applicants throughout the process and according to established timeframes.
- Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies and campaigns, using various channels and platforms, to attract and engage diverse and high-quality talent.
- Ensure effective attraction, recruitment and selection strategies to best support objectives and attract talent in a competitive market.
- Manage websites and job posting boards.
- Undertake background checks on prospective candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and providers where required.
- Participate and contribute to HR initiatives through involvement in problem solving and creative innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Talent Acquisition function, by identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Assist with effective and efficient on-boarding processes and induction.

Key selection criteria:
- Qualifications in administration and/or human resources.
- Relevant experience working in a Talent Acquisition position.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications and maintaining information data bases and filing systems.
- Project planning/scheduling experience.
- Open and ‘can do’ approach.
- Works effectively autonomously and as a team player.
- Highly developed organisational skills, including managing high volume work priorities and delivering quality work outputs to deadline.
- Highly experienced in working with a range of stakeholders including excellent customer-service ethos.
- Professional communication skills and manner.
