Role Summary:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant specialising in IT recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for our organisation. This role is particularly focused on hiring professionals with expertise in ServiceNow, Cyber Security, and Microsoft Azure but not limited to other business units. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR partners to ensure the acquisition of high-calibre individuals who align with our company’s goals and values.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with department heads and project managers to understand current and future staffing requirements.
  • Utilise your expertise in IT recruitment to attract and assess top talent while developing a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics related to your technology areas, while becoming a trusted advisor to the business.
  • Employ various sourcing techniques, including networking, direct sourcing, and leveraging online platforms, to identify and engage high-calibre candidates.
  • Foster positive candidate experiences through effective communication and timely feedback.
  • Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment processes to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, provide market insights, and facilitate effective recruitment processes.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the organisation’s employer brand by promoting a positive image to potential candidates and industry professionals - become a brand ambassidor
  • Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition strategies and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in IT recruitment, (ideally) with exposure to ServiceNow, Cyber Security, and Microsoft Azure hiring.
  • In-depth understanding of trends, technologies, and skill sets within the IT industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in evaluating technical skills and cultural fit during the candidate assessment process.
  • Proven ability to proactively build and maintain talent pipelines to meet the organisation’s ongoing recruitment needs.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using recruitment metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and continuously improve recruitment processes.
