In this role, you will collaborate closely with organisational heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.Your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management and nurturing relationships will be instrumental in attracting top talent to our organisation. - 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition/ recruitment with keen understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Organised approach to work with excellent prioritisation & time management skills
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards in recruitment.
- Solutions and results focussed, with a dedicated approach to providing the best candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Experience with HCM, ATS or CRM system advantageous (Workday highly desirable but can be taught)
- Comfortable working both autonomously and part of a wider team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
