We're looking for a driven and resourceful Sales Recruiter to join our growing team!
You will be working with stakeholders at all levels, doing what you do best: provide exceptional levels of service internally and externally which includes: identifying, attracting, and recruiting high-performing sales professionals and leaders who will propel our company forward.

A little about You:
- 4+ years of proven experience in end-to-end sales recruitment either agency or in-house.
- A strong understanding of the sales industry and current market trends
- A hunter mentality with a relentless pursuit of top talent
- A knack for problem-solving and a proactive approach to challenges
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities whilst ensuring SLA's are met.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
