YOUR ROLE
Joining a fun and fast paced team, you’ll partner with hiring managers to give expert advice and provide hiring leaders and candidates the best recruitment experience from hire brief to offer.
You will also play a critical role in communicating our people value proposition to the market and work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team to align to the IAG’s strategy, divisional people plans and HR strategy, so get ready to make a difference.
You’ll need to think differently, bringing your out of the box thinking to source the best talent across a variety of roles. The environment you will step into is fast paced and complex but there is team to support you every step of the way. To be successful in this role you’ll have excellent relationship building skills, ability to communicate & engage well across all levels.
This is a permanent position and will be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
ABOUT YOU
- In house and/or agency recruitment experience within financial services is ideal but not essential.
- You’ll bring with your can-do attitude along with sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- You act fast and see delivery through to the end.
- Showcase your ability to build long lasting trusting relationships through consistent delivery and your consultative approach.
- Prior experience of working cross-functionally to support a large and complex organization is a plus.
- Highlight your demonstrated ability to be a team player.
- Most of all, you’re you – no need to pretend to be anyone else, just bring your whole self and make an impact in the work that you do.
