Talent Acquisition Consultant

Talent Aquisition ConsultantWe are partnering with a non-for profit firm in a search for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant. This role is a fixed-term 12 month full-time position based in the Sydney CBD with hybrid working.Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with hiring managers and guiding them through the recruitment process
• Managing end to end recruitment
• Source, schedule and confirm phone and on-site interviews
• Create collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders internal and external
• Maintain and improve processes and procedures
• Contribute to monthly reporting

The Successful Applicant:

• 3-5 years internal and external experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solver, solution orientated
• High-level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Resilience to work under pressure and multi-task
• HRIS, ELMO preferred.
