Talent Aquisition ConsultantWe are partnering with a non-for profit firm in a search for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant. This role is a fixed-term 12 month full-time position based in the Sydney CBD with hybrid working.Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with hiring managers and guiding them through the recruitment process
- Managing end to end recruitment
- Source, schedule and confirm phone and on-site interviews
- Create collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders internal and external
- Maintain and improve processes and procedures
- Contribute to monthly reporting
- 3-5 years internal and external experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solver, solution orientated
- High-level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Resilience to work under pressure and multi-task
- HRIS, ELMO preferred.
