The Role

Do you enjoy working in fast paced environments and supporting high performing teams to do their best?

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Talent Coordinator to join the Mars ANZ Talent Acquisition (TA) team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

As the backbone to the team, the TA Coordinator will provide administrative support across all steps of the recruitment cycle ensuring the TA Partners are efficiently able to do their role. This role is crucial in supporting the team with systems and processes, and as such is the super user for the ATS (Workday), as well as the go to person for all contract enquiries, immigration and visa coordination’s, relocations and purchase orders.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including providing necessary information to all parties involved
  • Drafting job ads, posting vacancies on job boards
  • Be an administrative support to the TA team covering contracts, reference checks and medicals, visa’s and relocations, and any other administrative duty that supports the team
  • Create, generate and prepare TA reports in a timely manner when required
  • Participate in recruitment related projects as identified in TA Strategy
  • Identify areas for improvement and execute these in collaboration with the team

What are we looking for?

  • Prior experience in a recruiting or Talent Acquisition role, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other relevant technology tools used in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in managing candidate data, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to navigate computerized systems and strong computer skills (advanced Windows, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
  • Superior ability to communicate and build relationships, with a strong can-do attitude to support the team.
  • A real problem solver who is adept in prioritising and getting things done in a quick and timely manner.
