Healius are currently seeking a talented and motivated Volume Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team, based in Sydney CBD.
You will have experience implementing and running a volume recruitment strategy for a large organisation. You will be responsible for the day to management of 3 volume recruitment partners, ensuring we are delivering to the business as per our SLA’s.
Your duties will include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and the organization.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be building relationships with candidates, colleagues, and external partners. Your ability to think strategically and work with a sense of urgency will be essential in meeting our Talent Acquisition goals. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their volume requirements
- Manage the day-to-day work load of the volume team
- Keeping a constant talent pool of qualified candidates
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews or assessment centres
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
- Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on best recruitment practices
- Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarking, and changes in the business landscape
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the volume space
- Proven track record of successfully managing a volume recruitment team
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and network effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability in your recruitment approach
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
