As we prepare to significantly grow our business by over the next two years, you will drive the strategy and lead our Talent Acquisition function who are responsible for identifying and engaging top talent for our current recruitment needs, and cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent for future requirements. As talent experts, our Talent Acquisition team will support the organisation hire over 300 new roles in the next two years and develop a market leading employer brand that sees us stand out from the rest. Reporting through the Global Head of Strategic Talent Acquisition, our Talent Acquisition team is part of the APAC Regional Centre of Excellence, so as the Oceania Lead you will have the opportunity to contribute to and lead for regional talent strategies and drive enhancements on a global scale. You will lead a Trans-Tasman team of talented and passionate TA Specialists, so we are looking for someone who is committed to coaching and developing others, and leading for a high performance and engaging culture. This opportunity is a 12 month fixed term contract, to provide maternity leave cover. What’s in your toolkit?Demonstrated success leading a Talent Acquisition function in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment Experience in developing and leading high performing teams through transformational changeExceptional relationship building skills, with the ability to coach and influence at all levels across the organisation Strong analytical skills, supported by a high level of commercial acumenProven experience designing and executing talent strategies that support organisational transformation agendas Above all, you must have exceptional advocacy and pride for our organisation and our value proposition.
